"Listed Partner(s)" refers to the 100% vegan businesses (restaurants, hotels, tours, etc.) featured within the EPT directory.

2. Services Provided

EPT operates as an online directory and informational platform. We hand-vet and list 100% vegan businesses to help Users find ethical dining and travel options.

We connect Users directly to Listed Partners.

We are not a booking agent. We do not facilitate transactions between Users and Listed Partners, nor do we charge third-party commission fees on bookings or reservations made through external links provided on our platform.

3. User & Partner Obligations

For Users: By using EPT, you agree to use the website in compliance with applicable laws and refrain from any unlawful activities, including unauthorized data scraping, spamming, or impersonation.

For Listed Partners: By applying to be listed on EPT, you agree to strictly adhere to our Ethical Standards & Listing Criteria. You guarantee that your core offering is 100% free of animal products. You must provide accurate, current information and notify EPT immediately if your menu, operations, or ethical standards change.

4. Fees and Payments

Directory Listings: Standard listings for qualifying businesses on the EPT platform are currently free of charge.

If EPT introduces paid premium features, advertising placements, or subscription services in the future, these will be clearly communicated, and payments will be processed securely using an encrypted payment system.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

Partner Content: By submitting photos, logos, and business descriptions to EPT, Listed Partners grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute this content on our website and associated social media channels for promotional purposes.

EPT Content: All original content, including blog posts, website design, graphics, and vetting copy, is the exclusive intellectual property of EPT and may not be reproduced without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we rigorously vet every business before publishing their listing, EPT operates strictly as an informational directory.

We are not liable for the actual goods, services, or experiences provided by Listed Partners.

We are not liable for disputes, injuries, illnesses, or contractual breaches between Users and Listed Partners.

While we require Listed Partners to be 100% vegan, EPT is not legally liable for accidental cross-contamination, undisclosed ingredient changes, or errors made by the independent businesses listed on our site.

7. Termination and Removal

EPT maintains absolute editorial control over our directory. We reserve the right to suspend, reject, or permanently remove any Listed Partner at any time, without prior notice, if we discover they no longer align with our Ethical Standards & Listing Criteria (e.g., introducing animal products to the menu, engaging in unethical labor practices, or intentionally misleading consumers).

EPT is committed to protecting your privacy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of data as outlined below:
